The location was amazing and within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The room was clean and had the essentials, although the shower was a bit slow to warm up. Staff were friendly but the breakfast options were limited, making it a hit or miss experience.

Had a fantastic time on this family trip! The central location was perfect for exploring various attractions, and there were great dining options nearby. A central location like this makes it so easy to enjoy NYC! I'd recommend checking the room amenities beforehand for a smoother stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! The place was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our group. We easily explored downtown nightlife and checked out shopping in SoHo and Chelsea. The location is great, with Whole Foods across the street for quick snacks. Just a heads up, hot water can take a bit to warm up, so be patient.
One downside was the shower's hot water. It took way too long to come out, almost 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when everyone's trying to get ready.

Awesome location and great staff!
We had a lovely 2-night stay. The location is super convenient and just a short walk to Times Square. Loved the sweet staff who were really helpful. The room was comfy and had everything. Just wish the shower had a curtain because water got everywhere! But we enjoyed some fast food nearby, which was really nice.

Great value and super friendly staff, especially Wilson who made everything easy. The clean queen room was a steal considering the location!
The entrance looked more like a psychic's back door, and I had to pay to store my luggage? C'mon!

The location is a major plus, and the staff were notably friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping our room comfortable. However, the check-in process was chaotic, and we encountered issues with towels not being delivered. Street noise and disruptive disturbances at night made it hard to rest.
